We have so many beautiful and sometimes complex ways to connect to ourselves and the external forces that surround us.

 

Breath is one of the simplest ways to connect to the pulsation of life.

 

Calling in the the element of air to cleanse and purify our bodies, hearts and minds.

 

When we breathe deeply and fully, WE ARE CONNECTED. 

 

It almost sounds too simplistic! However breath is an ancient Indian yogic practise that has been studied extensively in the West for it's multiple health and consciousness expanding benefits.

I offer group conscious connected Breathwork sessions. And 6 week Beauty of Breath closed group journeys. The Beauty of Breath is a 6 session closed group journey. Held in-person in nature. This is an opportunity to learn simple Pranayama breathwork techniques to bring into your everyday life. Conscious connected sessions are woven into the 6 session experience.
