Each month, we gather to honor the ever-changing energy of the moon and the seasons, weaving together a unique blend of feminine-focused practices to support where we are in the cycle.
As the energy shifts, so too does our practice—offering a new combination of breathwork, movement, meditation, and ritual to align with the phase of the moon and the natural rhythms of life.
