A personalised space to support your healing, self-discovery, and growth. These 1:1 sessions are intuitively guided and tailored to your unique journey, blending a range of therapeutic tools such as breathwork, guided meditations, EFT, somatic exploration, and parts work. We may also draw on archetypes, shadow work, and astrology to deepen self-awareness and transformation. Together, we explore what’s alive for you—meeting all parts of yourself with compassion, curiosity, and care. This work honours the wisdom of your body, the intelligence of your emotions, and the truth of your intuition. Each session unfolds organically, helping you reconnect with your inner guidance, restore balance, and integrate your experiences with gentleness and depth. Whether you're navigating emotional challenges or seeking deeper self-connection, this is a safe and sacred space where your whole self is welcomed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All sessions are by appointment only. To honor the time and energy it takes to prepare and hold this space, the following policy applies: Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. This allows the opportunity to offer the space to another client. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged in full. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once with 24 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may be subject to availability and may incur a fee. Running Late: If you are running late, please get in touch as soon as possible. The session will still end at the scheduled time, and late arrival may reduce the time available for your session. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to this work.
