Autumn Equinox Cabana

This event is for women who have a longing to express themselves and to liberate. By being seen, heard and witnessed in a safe, community driven space. 

We actively encourage women to step out of their comfort zone and meet the shamanic medicines with vunerabilty and courage. Touching their edges to see what may arise. 

The Cabana (sweatlodge) is an ancient ritual and rite of passage for those who feel called to rebirth themselves. To clean and purify their body, mind and spirit. It's a magical medicine that works on many levels of our being. A representation of the sacred womb. We enter her with respect and reverance to our ancestors and the elements. Rebirthing ourselves into a new way of being and relating to ourselves, nature and the ones we love. 

Each Cabana works with a theame and will include  -
