Integrative Psychotherapy
Trauma-informed | Somatically-led Psychotherapy
A space to feel, process, and come home to yourself
If you’re here, you’re probably functioning — but something underneath isn’t settled.
Maybe you’re:
-
emotionally overwhelmed but high-functioning
-
stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but can’t shift
-
holding a lot for others and quietly exhausted
-
longing to feel more grounded, connected, and at ease in yourself
Integrative psychotherapy offers a place where you don’t have to explain yourself, fix yourself, or perform wellness.
This is a space to slow down and listen to what your body, emotions, and nervous system have been carrying.
How I work
My approach is integrative, gentle, slow and body-based.
That means we don’t just talk about your experiences — we gently work with what’s happening in real time, including sensations, emotions, patterns, and unconscious responses.
Sessions may include:
-
talking and reflection
-
somatic awareness (what’s happening in your body)
-
emotional processing
-
nervous system regulation
-
working with relational patterns and attachment
-
creating more capacity to feel without overwhelm
-
Inner child exploration and parts work
You don’t need to know how to do therapy “properly”.
You just need to arrive as you are.
