Integrative Psychotherapy
Trauma-informed | Somatically-led Psychotherapy
If you're here, life may be asking something different of you.
Perhaps you're moving through a significant transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or sensing that old ways of coping or relating no longer fit. Perhaps you are feeling like you want to explore your connection to yourself and spirit.
My work offers a warm, nurturing space to slow down and listen.
Whether online or from my cosy home studio, sessions are gently guided by what your body and nervous system need. Drawing from body-based psychotherapy, breathwork and gentle sound, we'll create space for emotions to be felt, patterns to be understood, and lasting change to emerge.
This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about feeling safe enough to reconnect with who you've always been.
This work is particularly suited to those who already have some experience of self-enquiry or personal growth and are ready to deepen their relationship with themselves through the wisdom of the body.
How I work
My approach is integrative, gentle, slow and body-based.
That means we don’t just talk about your experiences — we gently work with what’s happening in real time, including sensations, emotions, patterns, and unconscious responses.
Sessions may include:
-
talking and reflection
-
somatic awareness (what’s happening in your body)
-
emotional processing
-
Breathwork & Sound
-
nervous system regulation
-
working with relational patterns and attachment
-
creating more capacity to feel without overwhelm
-
Inner child exploration and parts work
You don’t need to know how to do therapy “properly”.
You just need to arrive as you are.
