Integrative Psychotherapy

Trauma-informed | Somatically-led Psychotherapy

If you're here, life may be asking something different of you.

Perhaps you're moving through a transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or noticing that old ways of coping no longer fit. Maybe you're longing to reconnect with yourself, your body, and your deeper sense of purpose.

My work offers a warm, nurturing space to slow down and listen.

Whether online or from my cosy home studio, sessions are guided by what your body and nervous system need.

Through body-led psychotherapy, breathwork and gentle sound, we create space for emotions to be felt, patterns to be understood, and meaningful change to unfold.

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about reconnecting with your needs, values and inner wisdom, allowing them to gently guide the life you're creating.

This work is best suited to those with some experience of self-enquiry who feel ready to deepen their relationship with themselves through the wisdom of the body.

Session Investment

  • 1 Hour Integrative Psychotherapy – £65

How I work

My approach is integrative, relaxed, grounded, slow and body-based.

That means we don’t just talk about your experiences — we gently work with what’s happening in real time, including sensations, emotions, patterns, and unconscious responses.

Sessions may include:

  • talking and reflection

  • somatic awareness (what’s happening in your body)

  • emotional processing

  • breathwork & sound

  • nervous system regulation

  • working with relational patterns and attachment

  • creating more capacity to feel without overwhelm

  • Inner child exploration and parts work

  • Developing your own unique practises and rituals

You don’t need to know how to do therapy “properly”.
You just need to arrive as you are.
