A rare opportunity to experience the medicine of the Cabana/Sweat lodge in the Brazilian tradition with Cabanera Kyara Orlando. Followed by a soothing Sound Journey at a beautiful venue nestled in the South Downs National Park. Connecting to ourselves, spirit and nature. A full day retreat packed with shamanic activities.

- Drum or rattle (if you own them) 

- Warm clothes for sitting outside/sitting by the fire
