About the event
I warmly invite you to join me for a Cacao and Sound Ritual. We will have the Gemini Full Moon just around the corner to support us in this ritual of letting go, deep rest and restoration before we fully enter the festive season.
This time of year is a wonderful time for sharing our love to our families, friends and communities. It can also be a time of higher stress levels and outward energy as we prepare for the festivities.
Our ritual will be an opportunity to allow mumma Cacao to open your heart to yourself first, before giving your energy out to others. It feels so right to offer this medicine to you at this time of year.
The fire in the yurt will be lit, we will set up a warm and cosy space, connect and sing to mumma Cacao then dive into a deep sound journey with the gong, crystal bowls, voice, monchord, himalayan bowls and percussive instruments.
