Join Camilla Hamblin, Sound Therapist & Psychotherapist, for a monthly Sound Bath supporting deep rest, nervous system regulation and relaxation.
These sessions offer a calm, well-held space to slow down, lie back and allow the body and mind to settle. Through therapeutic sound, vibration and silence, the sound bath supports rest, emotional processing and a sense of reconnection.
Camilla has 8 years’ experience offering sound baths across West Sussex and is trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy. Her work is grounded in trauma-aware, nervous-system-informed practice, creating a safe and professional environment for deep rest.
