Sound Bath - Online Via Zoom

This offering is for those who would like to enjoy the sound, relax and take some time out for 40mins. There will be no sharing before or after the sound bath. This is purely an event to enjoy the sounds of the Himalayan Bowls, Crystals, percussion & Gong to relax fully.

The benefits -

The benefits of offering this onilne means you are often more comfortable, not disturbed by others, you can leave the sound bath to go to bed, read or run a nice relaxing bath afterwards. Equally, the sound through headphones can often lead to a deeper experience.

What to expect?

- We will meet on Zoom via video and audio

- I will welcome you & explain how we will use the online platfrom

- A short guided medtation to lead us into the sound bath

- A blanket

- A comfortable place in your home where you won't be disturbed.
