Southwater Sound Bath

Join me for a deeply therapeutic sound bath designed to support both the nervous system and your inner world.

Working with gong, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, voice, monochord and gentle percussion, sound and vibration invite the body to slow down, soften and move out of the constant activity of everyday life.

As the nervous system begins to settle, we can access a quieter and more receptive state creating space for deep rest, emotional release, reflection and a greater sense of connection to ourselves.

My sound baths bring together the therapeutic and the spiritual: an opportunity to ground into your body, quieten the thinking mind and reconnect with your intuition and the deeper parts of yourself.

No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to receive.
