Spirit Voice Workshop

You are invited to join me in this unique opportunity to connect your voice through the subtle energies in your body to use as a self healing tool for yourself and others. Chakra cleansing, breathing, singing, toning, Mantra and movement in a 3 hour, group workshop. You don't need to have expereince of singing. 

PLEASE BRING 

Something soft to sit on  - A cushion, meditation cushion, sheep skin rug or a blanket you can fold up

Bottle of water

Warm socks

Wear loose comfortable clothing (nothing too tight around your stomach)

(High wasted leggings and a loose floaty top would be perfect)
