* Spring Celebration - Yoga Flow & Sound Therapy

Come and join Camilla & Derry for this celebration of rebirth and revival as we emerge from the darkness of winter and welcome back the light of spring. We are very pleased to share this event with you as it will mark a whole year of Derry and I working together. 

The Equinox is a time where we are called to start to clean up and dust ourselves off from a long, sleepy winter. It's time to plant new seeds into the earth, good seeds, productive seeds to prepare for a rich and plentiful harvest later in the year. We can use this metephor beautifully for our own intentions. What seeds would you like to plant? where would you like to see growth in your lives? equally, what would you like to be harvesting this year? This is a time full of excitement, energy, and manifestation, this is a celebration. We are inviting you to use this event to share these ideas and incorporate them into your very own "seeds of intention".

Derry & Camilla first collaborated in March 2019. So its beautiful to head back to the same venue, space and season where it all began. It's a full cycle for us, our work & our connection as friends. We are endlessly grateful for the support and attendance we have recieved at our events. So a BIG thank you form us. We intend to continue this work togther throughout the year. And like all of you, we are growing, changing and developing within this work. So please watch this space.
