Women's Cabana Full Day Retreat

This event is for women who have a longing to express themselves and to liberate. By being seen, heard and witnessed in a safe, community driven space. 

We actively encourage women to step out of their comfort zone and meet the shamanic medicines with vunerabilty and courage. Touching their edges to see what may arise. 

The Cabana (sweatlodge) is an ancient ritual and rite of passage for those who feel called to rebirth themselves. To clean and purify their body, mind and spirit. It's a magical medicine that works on many levels of our being. A representation of the sacred womb we enter her with respect and reverance to rebirth ourselves.

Since last year we have been holding each event with an element driving the energy and focus for the day. We are now at the end of the cycle working with the element of air.
