About the event
We are so excited to offer this combination of Yin Yoga and Sound. Ingrid and Camilla have been waiting for a few months to hold this event again and the timing feels just right.
Ingird will guide you through some gentle Yin Yoga postures, whilst Camilla provides the backdrop of sounds from the Himalayan Bowls and Crystal Bowls throughout, to support you to deepen the process.
