Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All sessions are by appointment only. To honour the time and energy it takes to prepare and hold this space, the following policy applies: Rescheduling & Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. This allows the opportunity to offer the space to another client. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged in full. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session once with 24 hours’ notice. Further reschedules may be subject to availability and may incur a fee. Running Late: If you are running late, please get in touch as soon as possible. The session will still end at the scheduled time, and late arrival may reduce the time available for your session. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to this work.
