This guide introduces the journey of Integrative Psychotherapy — a process of learning to be with your emotions, understanding your inner world, and finding wholeness through deep, embodied work.
Integrative Psychotherapy is a Holistic approach using a wide range of tools to suit your needs as a unique individual. Each session is different depending on what is arising for you in each session. Integrative Psychotherapy is different to talk- based therapies as it includes working with the body (Somatically) to unearth the root of the presenting issue or concern.

The 12-Session Container
We begin with a free discovery call to explore your needs and intentions, and to see if this work feels aligned for you.
From there, we step into a 12-session online container, paced to suit you as an individual. Together, we create a rhythm that feels supportive and sustainable, with regular check-ins to ensure the sessions are moving in the right direction for you. Sessions are held online via Zoom or GoogleMeet.
The Core of the Work
At the heart of this work is the courage to meet and feel your emotions fully.
Most of us are never taught how to process our feelings. Instead, we avoid, distract, or push them down. But emotions are messengers, and when we bring them into awareness, they release their grip and offer us insight.
This work is about giving space to the parts of you that have been hidden, silenced, or dismissed — and allowing them to be heard, expressed, and integrated.

Our sessions weave together a wide range of practices, depending on what feels supportive for you.
