Community

With the rise in AI along with the benefits and challenges. Something that I hear constantly shared and discussed on all the major podcasts is the importance of community.
Why is Community so important?
During covid, we all became completely reliant on social media as a form of connection and self development and it was a lifesaver for so many of us.
It revolutionised the health and well-being sector, more people started working from home. Many more left the country and became "digital nomads" people with no fixed address, just country hopping and working online. So many of my closest friends chose and still chose this lifestyle.
With online communities increasing, we are actually becoming more lonely. And with AI rapidly growing, that loss of in-person connection and loneliness is likely to rise.
It is clear that in-person community experiences, is the antidote to this potentially quite bitter pill.
Each year, my plan is to hold 2 in-person events that will create group experiences of connection, expression, fun, play and healing. As well as increasing the quantity of group sound bath experiences.
The first of these experiences will be ReBloom in March, April and May 2026. To welcome in the energies of Spring and shake off the Winter. ReBloom is one gathering per month in a closed group container.
Coming back to community and to reengage with the natural world in her seasons and cycles isn't just an experience it's a necessary movement to maintain our balance.
